04Black Cedar Old Fashioned
A spirit-forward old fashioned anchored in Ashe-juniper-smoked bourbon, Mexican vanilla, and a single Luxardo cherry. The drink of a front porch after a long day of weather.
Creekbed Paloma
A Hill Country paloma built on ruby grapefruit, yerba santa syrup, and a mesquite-smoked sea salt rim. Summer in a glass, tuned to the shade of a limestone creek bed at noon.

A Hill Country negroni built on juniper we foraged ourselves and a bitter tincture from Texas persimmon leaves — the aperitif as a terroir map.
Prairie Cordial № 7
A low-ABV evening primrose cordial with elderflower, lemon verbena, and a whisper of pink peppercorn. Built for a porch in April, an hour before the thunderstorm.
The Vault
03Exotic, rare, and slow-built. Vault recipes require an active Fort Pours membership.
Chaparral Clarified Milk Punch
A three-day clarified milk punch built on wild-harvested chaparral (Larrea tridentata), mesquite pod syrup, and a supercritical CO₂ extraction of desert sage. Vault-tier — the safety window is narrow.
Kilauea Tonic
A koji-aged gin long drink with Hawaiian green coffee saline, kāhala seaweed, and a house cinchona tonic. Volcanic in color, mineral in structure — a Vault formulation for the curious palate.
Rio Grande Sazerac
A mesquite-smoked rye sazerac built on house-made datura-adjacent bitters — safely substituted, historically rooted, served by candlelight only. Vault formulation with a narrow safety window.
